In New Delhi, Gurucharan Singh, known for his role as Roshan Singh Sodhi in the popular Indian sitcom “Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah,” has been missing for five days. His disappearance has prompted the Delhi police to launch a kidnapping case, following a complaint lodged by his father.

Taarak Mehta Star Kidnapping Case
According to the complaint, Gurucharan Singh set out from Delhi to Mumbai on Monday, but he never arrived at his destination. Since then, his phone has been out of reach, adding to the worry expressed by his family.
Assuring authorities that his son is mentally stable, Gurucharan’s father informed the police that they had been actively searching for him before deciding to file a missing complaint.
Surveillance footage from the Palam area captured the 50-year-old actor crossing a road on Monday night, shedding light on his whereabouts amid growing concerns about his safety.

“His flight was scheduled for 8.30 pm on Monday, but he was seen at a traffic intersection in Palam at around 9.14 pm,” officials said.
Police said they are scanning the CCTV footage and investigation into the case is on.
